Upload Invoice & Track
Upload an accurate commercial invoice and item description. Follow available shipment updates in the portal.
Pickup or Delivery
After arrival notification and applicable payment, coordinate pickup or available delivery. Delivery charges and arrangements may apply.
USA guidance
Florida warehouse shipments
- • Use the Florida warehouse address and the customer number assigned to your account.
- • For sea freight, ensure the supplier includes SEA beside Bay #3 after the shipping mark.
- • Keystone’s Florida warehouse operates the published weekday air-dispatch schedule; warehouse receipt and onward timing are confirmed through portal updates.
- • Upload a complete, accurate invoice and item description.
- • Packages exceeding 100 lb are automatically routed to sea freight.
China guidance
Review before supplier payment
- • For China air and sea, send the quotation/proforma invoice to Keystone before paying a vendor or allowing warehouse delivery.
- • Confirm restrictions, batteries, liquids, dimensions, and cargo suitability first.
- • Ensure the supplier places the complete warehouse address and shipping mark on the quotation/invoice and every package; obtain a photo where possible.
- • Air-freight packages must use the approved KEY-AIR shipping-mark format.
- • Quotes for cargo not delivered to Keystone’s China warehouse must include port of loading, packing details, weight, and CBM.
